1. About BusMeCentral
BusMeCentral (Business SME Central Hub) is an online business management application operated by Richard Hembu, trading as WEBSOFT-PNG, a registered business name in Papua New Guinea.
The application helps businesses record and manage sales, income, expenses, inventory, credit sales, customer balances, subscriptions and business reports.
By registering for, accepting these Terms, or using BusMeCentral, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Papua New Guinea law.
2. Eligibility and Registration
Users must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into an agreement, and authorized to register and operate the relevant business account.
Users must provide accurate registration and business information and maintain their account details.
Each eligible business may receive one introductory free trial, subject to reasonable measures to prevent duplicate or fraudulent registrations.
WEBSOFT-PNG may reject or suspend registrations involving false information, misuse, fraud, security risks or unauthorized activity.
3. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and for activities conducted through their authorized accounts, except where responsibility arises from WEBSOFT-PNG's own acts or omissions.
Users must not share account access with unauthorized persons or attempt to access another business's private records.
Users should promptly report suspected unauthorized access through the available support channels.
WEBSOFT-PNG applies reasonable authentication, access-control and security measures to protect the service.
4. Free Trial
Eligible new business accounts receive one calendar month of free access, beginning on the applicable activation date.
During the valid trial, the subscription status is Trial, and normal permitted business functions are available.
The free trial is limited to one introductory entitlement per eligible business, subject to reasonable fraud-prevention measures.
A paid subscription purchased during the trial preserves the remaining valid trial entitlement.
No subscription payment is required to begin an eligible free trial, and the trial does not automatically create a paid subscription or authorize automatic bank deductions.
5. Subscription Plans and Fees
The current subscription options are:
| Plan | Fee | |---|---:| | First calendar month — eligible new businesses | K0.00 | | 1 month | K10.00 | | 3 months | K25.00 | | 6 months | K50.00 | | 12 months | K100.00 |
All prices are expressed in Papua New Guinea kina (PGK).
Applicable subscription prices are displayed within the application.
Changes to subscription prices will be communicated appropriately and will not retrospectively reduce an already verified paid subscription entitlement.
Any applicable taxes will be handled in accordance with legal requirements.
6. Payments and Verification
Subscriptions are paid using the official payment methods made available by WEBSOFT-PNG.
Under the current manual-payment arrangement, customers may be required to submit a transaction reference and payment receipt or other payment evidence.
Uploading payment proof does not establish that payment has been received.
A paid subscription will be activated or renewed only after an authorized administrator or staff member verifies receipt of the relevant payment.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and using verified payment instructions.
WEBSOFT-PNG may request further information where payment evidence is incomplete, inconsistent or cannot be matched to received funds.
7. Renewals and Subscription Dates
Renewing an active paid subscription before expiry preserves the unused paid subscription entitlement.
A paid subscription purchased during a valid free trial preserves the remaining introductory entitlement.
When an expired subscription is renewed, the new paid period begins from the verified activation date.
Subscription dates are calculated by the application using the applicable calendar rules.
Submitting a payment or renewal request does not guarantee activation before payment verification.
8. Expired Subscription Access
When a subscription expires, the business account becomes read-only for ordinary business transactions.
Users may continue to access supported existing records, reports and exports, request renewal, contact support and use available privacy request functions, subject to security and account restrictions.
Expired users cannot create, modify or delete ordinary business transactions until eligible access is restored.
Subscription expiry does not automatically delete existing business records.
Accounts suspended for legitimate security, misuse or legal reasons may be subject to additional restrictions.
9. Cancellation
Customers may choose not to renew their subscription.
Cancellation or non-renewal does not ordinarily remove access before the end of an already-paid subscription period, unless access is restricted for a legitimate security, misuse or legal reason.
BusMeCentral does not automatically charge a customer's bank account or payment card for future subscription periods under the current manual-payment arrangement.
Cancellation does not automatically delete business records or remove obligations arising before cancellation.
10. Refunds
Refund requests are assessed under the Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, verified payment errors, qualifying service failures or other circumstances required by law.
Refunds are not automatically available for unused subscription time or a change of mind.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Business Data and Responsibilities
Business users retain their rights in the business records and information they lawfully enter into BusMeCentral.
Users are responsible for the accuracy, legitimacy and authorization of information they submit, including information about customers, employees, suppliers and other third parties.
Users authorize WEBSOFT-PNG and its necessary service providers to process submitted information for the purpose of operating, maintaining, securing and supporting BusMeCentral, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
WEBSOFT-PNG does not acquire ownership of customer business records merely because they are stored in the application.
12. Financial and Tax Disclaimer
BusMeCentral provides business recording, calculation and reporting tools.
It is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
Users remain responsible for reviewing their business records, complying with applicable obligations and obtaining professional advice where necessary.
Reports and calculations depend on the information entered and may not include every adjustment required for formal financial statements, taxation or regulatory reporting.
13. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Access another business's records without authorization.
- Submit fraudulent payment information.
- Attempt to bypass subscription or security controls.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the application.
- Upload unlawful or malicious content.
- Misuse customer information or other personal data.
- Use the application for fraud or other unlawful activities.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Attempt to overload or disrupt the service.
WEBSOFT-PNG may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate protective action.
14. Privacy and Confidentiality
Personal information and business data are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Access to business records is restricted through the application's authentication and authorization controls.
Authorized personnel may access relevant information where reasonably necessary for legitimate administration, payment verification, technical support, security or lawful purposes.
No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
Users should maintain appropriate independent copies of important business information where possible.
15. Service Availability
WEBSOFT-PNG aims to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Maintenance, technical faults, connectivity problems, hosting-provider interruptions or security incidents may temporarily affect access.
Material service interruptions will be addressed reasonably according to the circumstances and available resources.
Where reasonably practical, customers will be informed of significant planned maintenance or service interruptions.
16. Data Export and Account Deletion
Users may access supported data exports and request account deletion through the application's available processes.
Requests may require reasonable identity or authority verification.
Certain financial, security, payment or audit records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal purposes.
Account closure or subscription expiry does not automatically establish that all stored information has been permanently deleted.
Additional details are provided in the Data & Account Deletion Policy.
17. Backups and Recovery
WEBSOFT-PNG may use backup and recovery capabilities supported by its service infrastructure.
Backup availability, retention periods and restoration capabilities depend on the services actually configured and available.
WEBSOFT-PNG does not guarantee recovery of every deleted or lost record.
Customers are encouraged to retain independent copies of important records using available export functions.
Any advertised recovery period must be supported by an implemented and verified recovery process.
18. Intellectual Property
The BusMeCentral application, its branding, software design and related materials remain the property of WEBSOFT-PNG or their respective rights holders.
Customers retain their rights in their own business data.
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application while authorized under these Terms.
Users must not unlawfully copy, redistribute, resell or exploit protected application materials without authorization.
19. Suspension and Termination
WEBSOFT-PNG may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unauthorized activity, serious misuse, security threats or legal obligations.
Where appropriate and lawful, users will be informed of the reason and available steps for resolution.
Subscription expiry alone is handled through the read-only access arrangements described above.
Data handling following account termination is governed by the applicable privacy and deletion policies and legal requirements.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WEBSOFT-PNG is not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate user-entered information, unauthorized misuse of accounts attributable to users, third-party network interruptions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
BusMeCentral does not guarantee any particular business revenue, profitability, financial result or tax outcome.
Any limitation of liability is subject to applicable law and does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Users should independently verify important financial records and retain suitable copies of critical information.
21. Changes to These Terms
WEBSOFT-PNG may update these Terms to reflect service changes, security requirements, business practices or applicable legal obligations.
Updated versions will identify their effective dates.
Material changes will be communicated appropriately, and renewed acceptance will be requested where legally required.
Records of customer acceptance will be maintained where supported by the application and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights or paid entitlements that cannot lawfully be removed.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Papua New Guinea.
Users should first contact WEBSOFT-PNG through the available support channels to seek resolution of disputes.
Nothing in these Terms prevents users from exercising rights or seeking remedies available under applicable law or through competent authorities and courts.
